India is a comfortable maternity shorts with wide waistband and side pockets. It can be made of all at least slightly stretchable fabrics like summer sweat, jersey or jacquard. The sewing pattern includes two templates for the waistband: for soft ribbing and jersey.

Fabric recommendation
All fabrics which are at least slightly stretchable, like summer sweat, jersey, jacquard, Punta di Roma etc.
For the waistband use soft ribbing (extra wide), jersey or viscose jersey.
